01General information

This website is operated by ewacorp SRL, in Costa Rica, and ewacorp LLC, in the United States. In these terms, “ewacorp”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to both.

These terms apply to anyone who uses the site, including people who visit it, write to us or send us content. They also apply to the policies they refer to: the privacy notice and the cancellation and refund policy.

Any features or tools we add to the site are also subject to these terms.

02Use of the site

By using the site, you represent that you are of legal age where you live.

You may not use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate the laws of your jurisdiction through its use, including copyright laws.

You must not transmit viruses, worms or any code of a destructive nature.

We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services, or for any damage resulting from their use. Before making any transaction with a third party, we recommend reviewing its policies. Complaints or questions about third-party products should be directed to that third party.

You may not use a false email address, impersonate another person or mislead us about the origin of your submissions. You are responsible for what you send us.

The site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, for example in the description of services. We reserve the right to correct them and to change or update information at any time without notice.

11Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that the site will operate without interruption, on time, securely or without errors, because it partly depends on third-party services. We may suspend it for an indefinite period, without notice, for security or maintenance reasons.

Where the law does not allow this liability to be excluded or limited, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Warranties and liability for services you contract with us are governed by what we agree in writing.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ewacorp and its affiliates, partners, directors, employees, contractors and suppliers from any third-party claim, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of third parties.

13Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be illegal, void or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part will be deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

14Termination

These terms apply for as long as you use the site. Obligations incurred before termination survive it.

If, in our judgment, you breach these terms, we may deny you access to the site or to our services at any time without notice.

15Entire agreement

Our failure to exercise a right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These terms, together with the policies published on this site, are the entire agreement on the use of the site. They do not replace the contracts or proposals signed with our clients: where those documents apply, they prevail.

16Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.

17Changes to these terms

The current version of these terms is always on this page, with its update date. We may update, modify or replace them by publishing the changes on the site. If you keep using the site after they are published, you accept them.
