CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
1) At ewacorp, we strive to provide high-quality services in the design, development, and publishing of web, mobile, and e-commerce applications. We understand that circumstances may arise where our customers wish to cancel their subscription or request a refund. Our policies regarding this matter are detailed below:
Cancellations
- Customers can cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team directly, as we do not use term contracts with our plans. This is except in cases where a written contract with an installment payment plan has been established, which must be signed by both parties.
- Subscription cancellation will be effective immediately, and the customer will not be charged in the next billing cycle. This is except in cases where a written contract with an installment payment plan has been established, which must be signed by both parties.
- Once services have been deployed, no refunds will be issued for periods or services unused by the client. Early cancellation must be notified in writing before the 20th of each month by sending an email to desarrollos@ewacorp.com, explaining the reasons for the cancellation.
Refunds
- Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- Cancellation is requested in writing via email to desarrollos@ewacorp.com before the 20th of the month indicated above, and the refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- If there is a technical error on the part of ewacorp that prevents the customer from using the service for more than 48 hours or permanently, provided the customer has reported the error within the first 24 hours of detecting it.
- To request a refund, the customer must contact our support team with the details of their request.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

4. Franchises and/or Third Parties: ewacorp works with franchisees and/or authorized third parties to sell some of its services. These partners are required to comply with our policies and quality standards. If you have any concerns related to a transaction made through a third party, please contact us directly to resolve them.
It's important to note that some services used by our customers, such as payment gateways, third-party plugins, and other integrations, are beyond our control and technical support. These services are the responsibility of their respective providers, and we recommend our customers review those providers' policies and terms.
While we are not responsible for issues arising from these third-party services, our support team will be available to assist you to the extent possible to help resolve any issues.
